  I would give this company a zero. My sister was frightened by a violent unstable employee with anger management issues ( on top of apparent stupidity) at the new Rte 53 location. She was alone at the end of the remote access private road and this animal purposefully and aggressively blocked her exit with a huge piece of machinery dangerously close to her small vehicle revving the engine and refused to let her leave despite her repeated pleas and otherwise intimidated and threatened her. My guess is this animal won’t be fired bc he has family ties. Boycott this disgusting place.
